When I am entertaining I like to make sure my guests know they come first. Friends and family are at the top of my list of priorities, and as such, they deserve the finest things money can provide. Because of my hard work over the years I am lucky enough to be able to do just that. I have a nice house a beautiful family and wonderful friends. Nothing is better than combining all of these things together for parties and get togethers.

One of my favorite things to do is have family and friends over for cook-outs. When entertaining in your home it is important to note these people are here to relax and enjoy themselves. I always start with a fully stocked bar and a few choice Hors d'oeuvres.

Never underestimate the importance of a deli tray and a big screen TV with surround sound and the latest sports event going in the background. Ice cold beer and a few jalepeno poppers can keep hungry guests satisfied while the chef prepares the grill! And if the event involves a mixed-age group the pool is always the place to be on a hot Summer day.

When it's time to get the party started I always begin with some of my high quality steaks. No one has ever turned one down weather it be grilled or broiled. I fire up the BBQ and throw on some nice pre-marinated T-Bones or New York Strip steaks accompanied by fresh veggie-kabobs with onions, peppers, tomatoes and even pineapple! Always a crowd pleaser.

There are occasions when I entertain outside of my home. It's always a pleasure to treat my friends out for a night of fun on the town. We visit a great restaurant, take in a game, and hit up some of the city's hottest nightclubs. You never know who you will run into when you're engaged in the city life, and we always do it in style.

If going out is not possible, I just get the guys together for some poker and black jack. Anytime is a good time for cards, cigars, and relaxing. Taking a good friend's money over a friendly game of poker never gets old.

Whatever the occasion may be, birthday, sports playoffs, or just a Summer day it's nice to be surrounded by the people that mean the most and there's always a reason to have fun and entertain.
